that bear certain Toyota Trade Marks. We have been informed by Toyota that that the
parts and accessories were not manufactured by or with the licence of Toyota and nor
were the Trade Marks applied with the authority of Toyota. Toyota regards such
products as counterfeit. Our records show that the relevant products are the • the 'Armrest Pro (Pair)';
• the 'Cup Holder Armrest Pro (Pair)';
• the '200/300 Series Armrests (Pair)';
• the 'Heavy Duty Rear Cargo Mat'; and
• the 'Heavy Duty Moulded Floor Mats'.
bearing a “Land Cruiser” mark. We
