parts and accessories were not manufactured by or with the licence of Toyota and nor
were the Trade Marks applied with the authority of Toyota. Toyota regards such
products as counterfeit. Our records show that the relevant products are the “Armrest
Pro (Pair)”, the “Cup Holder Armrest Pro (Pair)” and the “Heavy Duty Rear Cargo Mat”
bearing a “Land Cruiser” mark. We
