GRAB HANDLES FOR THE 70 SERIES

SOMETHING TO HOLD WHEN THE TRACK GETS ROUGH

The factory 70 Series cabin offers grab points but limited grip surface, particularly for passengers in the front and rear who need something to hold during heavy cornering, off-road work, or technical climbs. Heavy duty aluminium grab handles bolt to factory mounting points in the A-pillars and B-pillars, giving passengers a properly engineered handhold rated for real loads rather than the flimsy plastic grips Toyota fitted. For touring builds and 4WD work where the vehicle gets pushed into terrain that throws passengers around, proper grab handles are a small upgrade that gets used every trip.

BILLET ALUMINIUM CONSTRUCTION, RATED FOR REAL LOAD

Each grab handle is CNC machined from billet aluminium with a powder-coated finish that resists fingerprints, scratches, and corrosion. The handle profile is wide enough to grip firmly with gloves, work boots, or bare hands. Mounting brackets bolt to the factory pillar mounting points with no drilling required. Two-door and four-door kits are available to suit single cab, dual cab, wagon, and Troopy configurations. Each handle is rated to hold the weight of a fully-grown adult plus the additional load that comes from being shoved against it on a rough track.

FITS 76, 78, AND 79 SERIES BODY STYLES

Grab handle fitment is matched to the specific pillar configuration on the 70 Series body styles. The 79 single cab uses two-door kits. The 79 dual cab, 78 Troop Carrier, and 76 Wagon use four-door kits. Pillar mounting points are largely consistent across VDJ V8 and GDJ facelift generations because Toyota carried the pillar design through the production run. Each listing confirms exact body style, year range, and door count before you order. Pair with stainless steel door sill trims for a coordinated cabin upgrade.
