Frustrated!!! Terrible customer support & communication!!! (Solved)

Update - Matt has reached out to me 27/10/24.
He has agreed to replace the tail lamps.
Thank you for finally getting in touch Matt.

Don't get me wrong, the lights look amazing.
I wish the quality and customer support was as good!
I had the lights on my vehicle for around 2 weeks and after some heavy and consistent rain over 2 days I found them to have water getting in and pooling in the reverse light section.
I emailed my concerns along with pictures to the contact address ([****]) 2 weeks ago on Friday 11/10.
So far my only communications back have been a generic 'sorry we haven't responded to your contact request' email on Monday 14/11.
I gave the benefit of the doubt, as we all get busy at times, and waited over a week to find still no actual response to my email.
I then sent a second email this week on Tuesday 22/10 and have still had no actual response from a human.
I don't like to post negative reviews, but I feel this may be my only option left to get a response from this company about my concerns for their faulty product.

Please contact me 70 Series store, I am more than happy to take this review down if we can come to a resolution.
